I apologize in advance for the too-strong language in the last e-mail. I though it was private. (But I do get frustrated with all the problems. I hope we are learning what causes these problems, but more openness of some of the ink sellers who are directly involved might help those of us who are trying to help others and avoid the problems ourselves.)
