Yes. In my reply I wrote:

which means basically the same thing you said above. In strict terms, a 
monochrome antialiasing filter would be equally sharpness destructive at 
any frequency higher than its cutoff, but its cutoff could be much 
higher to begin with (sharper in the vernacular) than the antialiasing 
filter on a Bayer sensor.
