Hi Ben: Regarding the Epson Utility, it's usually in Applications/Utilities. You should drag it into the dock for easy access, because you'll be using it often. This stuff is fairly easy once you get the hang of it. MIS sells everything you need. I suggest more than a couple syringes, because if you're filling all the colours you want one syringe per colour (wash and dry later). Be prepared to get inky fingers. The Back fill adaptors are very important. They suck out air from the cart (like a primer) that will impede ink flow. They can also suck the last dregs out of your oem cart.
