You need to reset the chip.  I believe this can only be done by taking the
carts out.  At this point there is a real risk that air gets into the area
around the poppet valve which must then be removed with the bottom fill
adaptor.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
