I use a Mac, so I'm not sure about file management on a PC. I think that the .txt files are equivalent to your .qidf files and your .quad files are generated from the former, but I don't know how you do this on a PC. The icc profiles are not specific to QTR and go wherever all of the rest of your RGB icc profiles are stored. You use the icc profiles when setting up print with preview in Photoshop as a print space associated with the corresponding QTR profile you intend to use for printing. I think on the PC this is not done for you on the fly, as with a Mac, and you have to first convert your file to this space before printing.
