And that's why it's nice to have an old machine around, or at least an extra hard drive to trade in or out as needed. Wish Windows would boot from a firewire drive like OSX, that would make life so much easier!!! I've tried to do that with PC machines that say they will boot from USB hard drives, but never had any luck with it actually working.
