Help please

I am having problems when trying to make digital negatives on an Epson 
2200 printer.  I am using the Pictorico 2200 film.  The little rollers 
and pizza wheels on the Epson 2200 printer rub the ink right off the 
negative.  What printer and paper settings should I be using? Is there 
a way to specify the ink density?

Is there away to remove the printer rollers?
