Digital BW, The Print

My 9500 never does this with any decent papers, even after many hours 
of sitting idle. I never leave the lever down overnight though, it 
can leave flat spots on the rollers (in extreme cases), this is 
mostly seen with much older printers.

I wonder if changing the tension on the springs would prevent the 
pressure spots, but still provide enough pressure for a reliable feed?
