Digital BW, The Print

I'm looking into converting my Epson 1290s to BO printing with Ebony with a
CIS. I prefer a cool to neutral print with good blacks and a good dmax, so
checked Clayton's web site for info on papers. I'm not aware of any of the
papers I prefer being available here in the UK. If I liked warm prints there
would be no problem, I would use Photo Rag as I do for colour work. Moab,
Red River and Hawk Mountain papers don't appear to be available here,
someone please tell me I'm wrong, who's a UK supplier? Other than that, are
any of the Permajet papers neutral/cool with a good dmax and strong blacks?
