The 4000 does have a more random dither pattern, unlike the 2200's
squigglies.  It gives a smoother look.  I have a very fine 4000 BO
print from Carl Schofield.  It's on the wall here in my studio, a
beautiful print.

As for the warm tone, you are not restricted to that.  Papers such as
Condor BW, Merlin Smooth and Kayenta give a nice range of cool to cold
tones.
