Over the past 3 months I have been having a multitude of problems with my 7000. Started with the heads and dampers and now it rips up every sheet of paper put into it. The technician has been out 3 times and everytime he leaves the printer is even worse. Epson has been wonderful in helping to sort out the problems. Finally, they called me this morning and said I will be receiving a new 7000 on Monday. They offered to send a tech with it to set it up. Folks, if you buy a big printer, please, buy the service contract. Without it I would have been writing a check for the repairs and replacement printer. Just a thought. Mike
