Peter, I also had a really bad clog on my 1160 Ultratone ink 'M' head the other day, and thought it was all over, but I reverted back to the windex fix, and it worked just fine (didn't even have to wait over night, just a few minutes of soaked paper towel under the heads)...then proceeded to print a number of flawless prints w/o any cleaning cycles. If you aren't familiar with this windex fix, try search for "clog from hell" or some such...I think it was posted on this forum a couple years ago, but can't remember for sure.
