My experience has been with custom profiles only.

I only profiled for others, I have not used one of these printers
beyond what it took to profile them.
The papers we profiled were a Mitsubishi matte (don't know anything
about these papers, so don't know the specific product name), EEM,
PhotoRag, and German Etching.
We did a series of tests to determine the best media setting for these
papers, and I don't recall the result, sorry. I do recall that the
differences between them were minor and any one of them labeled
similar to a matte would have worked pretty well. Obvioulsy, after
profiling, they are not interchangeable.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
