Actually I can help a little as I just finished a 4800 110 ml cartridge. If you peel the label off (easily done), the back of the cartridge can easily be taken off with a small screwdriver or something - it just clips on with 8 clips. Once the back is off you can access the foil bag inside (it just lies there and is easily removed. It has a poppet valve at one end.
