First check that the MIS carts don't have air bubbles around the poppet
valves - re-prime them if need be.  Then if that isn't the problem, soak a
paper towel in Windex (Windolene or other similar product), shift the head
out of the way and raising it up with the lever, place the paper towel on
the parking pad, slide the head across over it and lower it.  Leave it to
soak overnight.  Do max 3 cleans in the morning and print the MIS test
pattern several times.  If that doesn't work then soak again.
