You should be using "Same as Source" or "No Color Management" in CS2 lingo.
However it is worth you reading a little about a little module that the
developer of Quadtone RIP (QTR) wrote.  It is called QTR-Create-ICC profile.
If you have the equipment (say an EyeOne Photo) you can create an ICC
profile of the luminance of, for example, Epson AB&W Neutral Darker and set
this profile in the PS print window.

Don't use a colour profile to do your B&W.
