Hi Jon, Oh no. I surely knew the K7 were carbon and know your high standards and how long you have been working to achieve this. I was just asking if anyone who is using other carbon inksets (such as piezzotone selenium tone, etc) had an opinion on the way the dmax looked with this new inkset. You just answered my question. It should be at least as deep as Selenium Tone Quads, which is fine to me. I guess my concern was if I eliminate one of the dark greys to fit into a 7000 if I would loose any of that dmax. Probably not, especially with the rips abilty to assign ink limits.
