Steve - I can't help you with the specifics of your question, but can offer a possible solution. Select a few close matches among the existing QTR 4000 curve sets. If you don't already have ICC profiles for these, download what you need. Make sure you have the profile for the Permajet Oyster paper. Softproof one of your RGB files with these profiles. Find the closest match to Permajet Oyster.
