The 5D will have much better high ISO performance than the old Canon 1Ds or the Nikon 
D2X. My Canon XT at 1600 ISO is incredible!

Regarding the below links: All the bodybuilding shots were at 1600 ISO; around 1/200th sec 
shutter;  f4 using 70-200f4 L....handheld.

The shots at the below link from the waist up are half and third cropped frames. I might have 
over sharpened on some but I like the grittiness.
