Hello Claude, >I can appreciate what you are saying Clayton, but we need to >capture images before we can print them. A rather poor attempt to justify all the camera talk. I do believe that we needed cameras to capture images back when film was king, but that wasn't an excuse to turn this into a camera forum (as if there aren't enough already). Has something changed since digital cameras came along? One of the great things about this forum (in the past) is it used to stay true to its purpose, with only occasional minor straying from the track. How refreshing it was to have a gathering place that didn't get clogged up with all the camera blather that is identical to all the other camera blather in 30 or 40 other forums, take your pick. How many times does the world need yet more discussions of Film vs Digital, Canon vs Nikon, ad infinitum? Used to be we had a forum administrator who would step in now and then and keep things in line, but he seems to have retired. How sad. Martin, where are you? If you want to talk about cameras so badly, how about all of you go over to the dpreview Canon Talk forum and start a new thread and continue there? That's what it's for. That's not what this forum is for. Enough already! Regards, Clayton Info on black and white digital printing at http://www.cjcom.net/digiprnarts.htm
