Shilesh,  

I think your basic 13X19 Epson box is a great idea as there are only
11 prints involved.  I also want to suggest

Their acid free envelopes are the clearest I've seen.  No need to
remove the prints from them.

Maybe we should set up a 13X19 group list to handle these details.  I
don't check this list every day and I don't want to miss any of the
"exchanges" communication.
