Digital BW, The Print

I was wondering what material to buy (is it called Mylar or Ultrabase 
or ?). and what thickness in mm to look for. to try and keep negs 
flatter in the 120 film holder for the Polaroid Sprintscan 120 ?

I searched the archives and found this thread ... hopefully I can 
catch up and try this technique.
