I am getting banding printing BO with my Epson C86 + EEM + Epson Durabrite black ink. Cleaning and alignment cycles did not improve the prints. I am printing files that have a 500 ppi resolution. I too observed that MIS EZ prints were neither smoother nor more detailed than BO prints, rather just cooler. I wonder where I am doing wrong. I would love to get from somebody on the forum a good EZ MIS print done according to Paul Roark + a good BO print done according to Clayton Jones, and try to print the same files myself, in order to understand where the mistakes are.
