I had them do a selenium-toned 16x20 for me of this photo (cropped
to 14x20):

No complaints. I think they did a good job. 14x20 was pushing it,
size-wise, for a shot taken on a Canon 20D at high ISO. If I'd sent
them a cleaner file, then I might have noticed that grid effect that
another poster mentioned; but as it is, I've attributed any grain-type
effects to the file and not the print.
I was very happy with their customer service. Talked to a guy on
the phone and he was knowledgeable and good-natured.
