They are also pretty good about giving you the information they have, and I think John's suggestion about contacting them is excellent. Here is a quote from the ad on their site: "The pictures shown are from the NEW version of this item. If you purchase this Refurbished product you will receive an OEM BAREBONE, meaning it is just the item itself. Accessory items are NOT INCLUDED with Refurbished products. Accessories are shown in the pictures so that customers will know what is missing from the item. " That may be a disclaimer or it may be the whole story. As John suggested and the statement above reads, if the unit were to arrive without inks and roll paper holder, by the time you acquired even the inks you'd be better off purchasing a new unit. I've never seen an Epson refurb being sold as a "bare bones OEM" version. All the refurb printers (over a dozen) that I've purchased in the past advertised a clear statement of what was included -- and that was always inks and all accessories.
