Thanks for the reply Ken.  

I just checked again this morning and of course the clogs are still
there.  Ran a cleaning and nozzle check and it was down to one or two
jets clogged.  Ran  another cleaning but this time it was 90% clogged.
 I guess I'll pull them, draw some ink out and make sure the plugs are
sealed.  What a frustrating wasted of time.  If I can't make it happen
I'll ask MIS to take the whole lot back.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
