Jerry, I used to work in a copy shop and, if you can be satisfied with comb or spiral binding, maybe even newer kinds that I'm not aware of, a full service copy shop could probably put your 5 books together with your inkjet printed hardcopy at a very reasonable price. I suggest working with the shop before you start printing, if you go that way, so you get all the pages printed to their specs with all the cut and alignment and crop marks needed. You can easily do the collating and they should have some recommendation on covers. Frank
