Digital BW, The Print

Tim:

I use photoshop CS2, but I suspect your image may be open in the 16 bit 
mode. When that is done, several filters are not available. Go to 
Image/Mode/8 bits. That should solve your problem.

Sorry to intrude but I have nowhere else to turn and I'm under the gun.

For some reason all my filters except for blur, noise, sharpen etc
have vanished. I especially need access to watercolor at the moment.

Does anyone know how I may have removed them and more importantly, how
to get them back?
