Ink is up to you, everyone that sells an ink set will suggest that theirs is the best, so it kind of depends on your needs. Don't forget the spectrophotometer to use with linearizing the RIP. If you are more adventurous, you could use the Evolution RIP from www.digifab.com, or Quadtone RIP, or Bowhaus RIP. That gives you flexibility in spending from $2000+ down to $50 for a RIP.
