That was me, and only with repeat reads of the same patch. It has so far worked very well when scanning a row of patches. My old DTP22 does the same on repeat reads of the same patch without reading any other patch in between. There is a spec. listed for most spectrophotometers about this same patch multi read error, which is the exact reason why I tried it.
