If you care about the images, I would use two; being mechanical and shock sensitive they are less reliable than a flash card. I use an Xs-drive and a Nixvue DA-lite, both have universal 100 240 volt chargers, but you need the plug adapters (not converters) for where you are going. Ive used them since 03. I have not looked, but a fast portable DVD burner would be nice if it exists. I heard the iPod adapters are dead slow; not sure if that has improved.
