The VFA dmax is also the highest I've seen for cotton rag papers. Strange indeed, but there is more. I just made an icc profile for Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Satin on the 2400 and measured a dmax of 1.74. This paper is a rather unique hybrid, but can work fine for some images.
