Digital BW, The Print

The ES R800 has $100 rebate now - brings it down to $300 How is it for 
a B/W printer choice using BO or after-market B/W systems? It and the 
R1800 version get good reviews with OEM ink.

Next question:  I've got a 1280 that went bonkers after using 
aftermarket carts. No go lights stay on. Every remedy I've been given 
or found on-line to re-set it has failed. My friend has the same 
problem.  We have these otherwise mechanically perfect machines. Maybe 
someone else has had the same no-wanna re-set problem?? I'm thinking 
the shipping and bench charge would make repairs a no-winner. Any 
ideas???
