Interesting.  Sorry I did not know that.  They can't conform to spec.
Apologies.  I guess my exception turned out not to be an exception after
all.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
