Digital BW, The Print

I am getting back to QTR with the R200 after a long time away from
it.........
In previous image assessments, I selected eventone as the best dither
pattern at 2880.

I\ufffdm starting some new curve work at 1440, and find unpleasant dither
patterns in smooth areas at the 50% ink output for all dithers except
ordered.  It is very similar on all channels and breaks into a fine zig-zag
pattern between 49 and 51% ink output.  Ordered does not show it at all.

If it was not for that small range, 49 \ufffd 51%, the eventone dither looks
best.  Anyone notice this, or have any comment?
