I use this program all the time to convert to black and white. It's very intuitive: You can select a prefilter, ; various "film types", such as Kodak, Ilford, Agfa; set your contrast; and even tone if you want. It removes all of the Channel Mixer headaches, and greatly speeds up your workflow.
