Woody, I found the files on the disk but was unable to extract them in a way where I could access them in the error window. Tried copying a pasting from the disc to a new folder but that did not work. Sorry to be a dunce, but can you give me the dummies steps to extract the files. By the way, I spent an hour on the phone with Epson "support" only to be told that they have never heard of such an issue, and further, that it had to be a system error on my computer. If this does not do it, it is back to my 2200 and other B&W options.
