Hello Everyone, I shoot digital (Nikon D70). The aspect ratio of this camera is not the same as a film camera. For instance, if I set the image height for 10 inches, the width will be 6.67 (to keep the proper aspect ratio). As best I know, I have to oversize the print then monkey around with the cropping to get an 8x10. Most of the time I don't like to crop because I'm careful about in-camera framing. However, precut matts are all sized for film camera aspect ratios (8x10, 11x14, etc). So....I have to get my matts custom cut to fit the print. This is expensive. Is there something I'm not getting? Is there a way around this problem, or do I have to keep getting custom cut matts? Help! Steve
