[Digital BW] Re: Dry Creek Photo (hope somone can help)

2005-11-10 by Roman

LOL...um...taking it kind of personally?

Waiting a month to get my profiles an contacting this vendor after 2
weeks....than 3 weeks, than 4 weeks later finally taking issue with
the silence and no contact?

I actually find that pretty patient....

Im not calling him names.....never got out of line with any of my
letters to him....

Then I find that others are getting communication from him....and
their profiles.

I have good reason to less than pleased......and to see if after
googling his name to see that others.

In the fred miranda forum I have found several other people with the
same treatment today.

Interesting that you think that I am taking this personally. Not
personally like im insulted....just personally like somone took my
$100.00 and gave me nothing not even the decency of a
reply....especially in light of others getting their product and
replys.

He had the ability to answer my question before I paid my $100.00.

I have several print jobs I want to do and this is holding up my
work.....and its not just stuff for my wall....but customers.

I just wrote pay-pal with an offical complaint....I only have 45
days from purchase to register a complaint.....30 days has been more
than reasonable.

in your neighborhood do go over. Get to know him. You'll probably
get more than you paid for. Relax a bit.
