On the samples of HPR and Dourian I have, the Dourian looks slightly 
darker (grayer?) than the HPR under ordinary light, but the Dourian 
shows much more fluorescene than the HPR under black light.  The 
fluorescense of the VFA, in turn, looks somewhat higher than the 
Dourian.  So, I wouldn't think the HPR and Dourian are identical 
products physically.  Visually I find them essentially identical 
(except for the paper color).
