You haven't been to an AIPAD show for awhile I take it. Pigment ink 
prints have been collected for more than a few years now. AIPAD's 
dealers show them beside vintage Weston platinums, vintage Porter dye 
transfers, and just about anything else. And they sell, at the same or 
slightly higher prices than silver gelatin prints from contemporary 
photographers.
