Digital BW, The Print

I agree witht the fact that profiles don't work in ABW. I have to 
turn off profiles in QImage when I use ABW.

However, when printing an RGB file in "color" mode, a profile should 
work with a "grayscale" RGB file.

(When , for example, you convert a grayscale image to RGB)
