Un-interpolated, with no noise or "grain" up to ISO 400, I bet if the image is nice and sharp, and low in noise I can get those images up to 44x30 (interpolated of course) without a problem (little to no loss of detail). Focus is critical, and so is low noise. Jpeg artifacts will scream at you when you increase like that, so will noise blocks.
