I bought a 20cc Popper & Sons Micro-Mate luer-lock tip reusable glass
syringe from the following website:

They have them from 2cc all the way up to 50cc. The 5cc would cost you
$11 plus s&h. These syringes are as smooth as silk even after years of
service. You'll just have to learn to lock the plunger to prevent
accidental discharge as they are so smooth - use one finger to wedge
the plunger against the barrel. I found these reusable glass syringes
indispensible for handling inkjet chores.
