Thank you so much!  That was exactly what I needed!  I typed in 
calculator and I found it immediately.  They have a great Excel 
spreadsheet that assists in calculating the printer's usage and cost.

I have purchased another set of ink cartridges since there is a 
warning on the printer indicating the cartridges provided contain 
only enough ink to cycle up the printer.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
