Yes, that sounds familiar to the trouble I had, but it was a while ago now. I also got confused with the registrations at i1color.com, and at gretagmacbeth.com; I thought everything was going to be through i1color. That's the really strange part, I'm half way registered. Can't explain how but if you persevere you can finally make it take your name and email, but it will not take anything in the box after I select the i1 where it wants the specific product. Serial number and all that goes in, but it never records anything. I've pretty much given up on all that, hoping the Pulse will work as well as Xrite claims.
