The grain of Efke 25 is so fine that I don't think you need to worry about fine-grain developers. Rodinal 1+50 works for me -- I believe I developed for 4.5 mins at 20C. This combination works well in my Minolta Scan Dual II. The prints on my C86 (with the EZ inks) look like they could have come from chromogenic film. Absolutely smooth tones.
