Digital BW, The Print

Yes, but I want to resize it, then re-edit it in Photoshop. So the
program should be able to save the resized image in a normal format
like Tiff or so, or directly sent it to Photoshop.
Can these programs (QI, Photozoom) do that? (Like Genuine Fractals can)
