Well, about QI I can't tell but as to Photozoom Pro, yes, you can resize, save a tif or whatever format you choose, and then re-edit in photoshop although I would highly recommend you resize and print as a last step and do your editing first. But still, if you want to edit afterwards... you certainly can, in a much larger file -that is-.
