Digital BW, The Print

Hi Group.
I am a new member and have recently started to develop and scan BW
negatives which is something I really enjoy. I use an internet
printing service and while they are efficient and pretty reliable I am
not too pleased with the quality of the prints I get back from them.
(I think my scans are ok, maybe even good, I take a lot of time and
care over them.)
What I really want to do is to make my own prints and would be most
grateful for recommendations for the following:

i) an inexpensive inkjet printer whch performs well with:
ii) good quality dedicated BW inksets
iii) a good quality (and inexpensive!) paper to print them on.

I am sure the group is tired of such requests but any and all
suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.
